Terms and Conditions
VEHICLE PICK-UP & DROP-OFF
Regular pick-up times are Mon-fri 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Early and late pick-up times are available on a situational basis and will incur an additional cost.
2 days before pick-up, you will need to secure the rental with a $2500 deposit on a credit card. Security deposits will be charged 2 days prior to departure and are refunded within 7 business days of return on the same credit card used. Additional deposits may be required for special events.
Drop-off time is between 09:00 am – 11:00 am. Vehicle must be returned with a full fuel tank and waste tanks emptied or a fee will apply. No refunds will be issued on early returns. Appropriate charges will be applied at the return for additional mileage usage.
OFFICE HOURS AND HOLIDAYS
Office hours: 09.00 am – 06.00 pm Mondays through Friday. We are open on select weekends and holidays by appointment only.
25% of reservation is charged at time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to date of pick-up. Seattle RV Adventures reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payment has not been received in full.
Reservation deposit is refundable if canceled more than 14 days prior to booking start date, less service fee.
When reserving with a departure date more than 14 days in advance, a Reservation Deposit of 25% is charged of the full cost of the trip.
More than 14 days
A $2000 trip full cost = a $500 Reservation Deposit
When reserving with a departure date less than 14 days in advance, a Reservation Deposit is charged in full.
Less than 14 days
A $2000 trip full cost = a $2000 Reservation Deposit
Once reservation is made a full refund (including service fee) is available for 48 hours – if the departure date is still more than 14 days away. Otherwise, only insurance is refunded. The Reservation Deposit (50% of the booking total) and service fee will not be refunded.
If a Reservation is canceled less than 7 days prior to the departure date:
Insurance is refunded
50% of the booking total is refunded
The service fee is not refunded
Minimum Rental Period
Minimum rental period is 5 days.
RENTAL DAILY RATES
Daily Rates include
Vehicle rental, 100 miles of travel, 2hrs of generator usage, Kitchen supplies (including pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, coffee maker, toaster are included in each rental). 2 Camp chairs and cooler.
Daily Rates do not include
Preparation fee, mileage overage, gas or diesel refueling, propane, security deposits, sales tax and other government surcharges if applicable.

The Preparation Fee covers – Standard Vehicle Equipment, Vehicle Servicing, sanitization, toilet chemicals, toilet paper, etc.
Standard Vehicle Equipment (Included in cleaning and Preparation Fee)
Water hose, sewer hose, operator’s manual, 15/30 amp adapter, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, BBQ lighter, vehicle levelers, water regulator.
Additional Mileage Charge
$0.75 per mile over the 100 included miles per day, then $1.50 per mile for any daily mileage over 200.
EVENT SURCHARGES & HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
Season supplements and extended minimum rental periods may apply during some events and holiday weekends.
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover credit cards. No Debit Cards, prepaid credit cards, Euro checks or personal checks are accepted. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or handling charges for any credit card transaction. Without any exception a valid credit card is required for each rental.
A national automobile driver’s license is required. We recommend customers to carry a translation of the national driver’s license or an international driver’s license, but under any circumstances, customer must provide a valid national driver’s license at pick-up.
Minimum driving age is 25 years for all vehicles.
Fines and Traffic Violations
Customers are responsible for reporting and paying of all parking/traffic/toll road violations at rental termination. Non-payment of parking/traffic/toll road violations will result in an administrative charge of up to USD 50. Non-reported parking/traffic violations plus administrative charge will be charged against customers credit card or will be collected at customers domicile.
RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITED USES
The following uses of the Equipment are prohibited and are breaches of this Agreement. The Renters and Authorized Drivers shall not use or permit the use of the Equipment:
(a) by anyone who is not an Authorized Driver, or by anyone whose driving license is
suspended in any jurisdiction;
(b) by anyone under the influence of any drug or alcohol;
(c) by anyone who obtained the Equipment or extended the rental period by giving us
false, fraudulent or misleading information, or who withheld information that would have caused us not to rent the Equipment;
(d) in furtherance of any illegal purpose or under any circumstance that would constitute
a violation of law other than a minor traffic violation;
(e) to carry persons or property for hire;
(f) to push or tow anything other than the vehicle towing the trailer listed as Equipment,
to teach anyone to drive, or to carry objects on the roof of the Equipment;
(g) in any race, speed test or contest;
(h) to carry dangerous or hazardous items or illegal materiel;
(i) for travel outside of the United States or Canada, specifically excluding travel into
(j) when loaded beyond its capacity as determined by the manufacturer of the Equipment;
(k) on unpaved surfaces, except at designated campgrounds;
(I) to transport more persons than the Equipment has seat belts, or to carry persons
outside the passenger compartment;
(m) to transport children without approved child safety seats as required by local law;
(n) when the odometer has been tampered with or disconnected;
(o) when the Equipment’s fluid levels are low, or it is otherwise reasonable to expect
Renters to know that further operation would damage the Equipment;
(p) in a manner that causes damage to the Equipment due to inadequately secured cargo;
(q) after an accident with the Equipment unless and until Renters summon the police to
the accident scene; and
(r) for anyone sitting, standing or lying on the roof of the Equipment.
Seattle RV Adventures does not allow pets or emotional support animals. Service animals are Ok. The vehicle must be brought back in the same condition it was received, cleaned inside and free of pet hair. You are responsible for any damages caused by your service animal.
REPAIRS & REFUND
Repairs / Refunds / Early Returns
All repairs must have prior authorization from Seattle RV Adventures to be considered for refund. Customer must provide receipts. Customer assumes full responsibility for any additional expenses incurred by reasons of a breakdown of vehicle. Radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, any appliances, plumbing, generator, awnings, cruise control and GPS malfunctions are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are made for repair time to these items.
Cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle must be addressed and resolved prior to departure; no refunds or other compensation regarding cleanliness will be issued. There are no refunds for early returns.
ACCIDENTS / INCIDENTS
In case of any incident, customers must notify the police for a police report immediately. Also, call Seattle RV Adventures immediately to report the accident. Accidents/Incidents not reported within an appropriate period of time or if the police report and pictures are missing, may result in the voidance of the insurance coverage.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING RESPONSIBILITY
You are not required to clean the vehicle upon return if you opted to pay for interior and exterior cleaning. You are expected to not create excessive cleaning from negligence due to weather conditions or off grid camping. Excessive cleaning fee will be incurred at the discretion of Seattle RV Adventures. Customers are responsible to check all fluid levels at each refueling. Refills of all fluids (except gasoline, propane, and water) will be reimbursed at check-in upon presentation of receipts. Gasoline and Propane costs are not included in rental price. Gasoline tanks are full at pick-up and must be returned full. Waste water tanks must be empty or $75 fee will apply.
We strictly enforce a non-smoking and non-vaping policy in our vehicles. A penalty of $1000 will be charged at drop off if we detect cigarette, cigar, pipe etc. odors or ashes in the vehicle.
All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract. Prices, policies and conditions are subject to change without notice.
